Dog Training Classes Kent & Medway

There are many options available to train your dog including home visits, one on one training sessions and group training classes. How we begin your dog training will depend on my assessment of both you and your dog.

I start with a  home visit where we can discuss the need for initial training at a One to One level. Not all dogs and owners need this level of individual tuition but rather it depends very much on individual circumstances and experiences. If One on One training isn't required, you may benefit from group training sessions.

One-on-One dog training with an expert dog trainer

One-on-One training can be very useful for many reasons, and can take place anywhere you and your dog feel comfortable; at home, in the park, or at our own premises.

1) If you and your dog are not ready to progress to Group Training. This maybe because you have had a bad experience at your local dog club which may have made your dog protective or make him feel vulnerable in large groups.

2) Perhaps your dog missed out on early socialising or was a rescue dog which typically may have problems around other dogs or people.

3) Personal circumstances such as shift work may make it difficult to attend regular classes.

4) To improve techniques which might require a higher level of tuition and assistance than can be given in a group environment.
There are other reasons you may prefer One-on-One tuition, please call 01634 669 885 for more information on this special service.

Group Dog Training Classes in the Kent & Medway Area

Your dog can become comfortable with other canines in a controlled and stimulating environment. A well behaved dog in your own home is an achievement, but it is only part of the journey that you need to take in creating that satisfying feeling that comes from having a dog which is a pleasure to own - anytime, anywhere!

All of our group dog training classes are designed to help you and your dog when faced with a situation where you will meet other dogs and owners - In the park, around town, or at a public event for instance.

Group dog training classes usually take place after the home consultation and One-on-One lessons and will help your dog to learn new skills which you can apply every day when out and about. In addition we offer the opportunity to learn practical obedience and control both on and off the lead.
